How to Order
Local Orders
You can order from us in the following ways:
International Orders
We welcome international orders, but have no control over the customs charges and duty fees your country will charge, so you will be responsible for those in addition to the shipping costs.
Orders outside Hong Kong are shipped via Hong Kong SpeedPost and should take between 3-5 working days upon order confirmation.
Please e-mail us at sales@hago-group.com or call us at (852) 2111 8982 for special shipping requests, including requests for shipping charges and delivery information to destinations outside of Hong Kong.
Our working hours is between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 1:00pm Saturday.
Delivery Information
Local Orders
- Enjoy FREE delivery when you order HK$600 or more.
- Your order will be delivered within 3 working days from the day of order.
- The delivery service will be postponed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
- Delivery service is ONLY available to areas along the Hong Kong MTR Island Line, Tsuen Wan Line, and Kwun Tong Line.
- Delivery service is not available for Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Airport and Outlying Islands.

There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Remarks
- Hago Limited will make one attempt to deliver your order, however if we are unable to delivery your goods because there is not anyone at home you will be required to pay a further cost to be able to receive your goods.
- Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please provide a valid address during checkout.
- Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready for shipment. If any item is not on stock, you will be notified by email or phone.
- Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when customers are at home or in the office. Hago Limited does not accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.

All personal information collected will be treated in strictest confidence and in accordance to our Privacy policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Wrong or damaged products must be reported and returned within 7 days of receipt. We will either refund the original product price via the original method of payment or exchange the item. We cannot accept returns after 7 days. Of course, we will gladly pay the return delivery cost if the return is a result of our error.
If you do have a problem with your order, please contact us through Customer Service or Contact Us section. We will reply with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Privacy
Hago Limited has a firm commitment to protecting your privacy. Any information we gather is used to enhance your experience, and to serve you better. We will not share, rent or sell any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We have built our system to keep your data safe and confidential.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information on what page consumers visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
